Yoga in the Park - A Summer Evening of Yin

Join the Village of Bourbonnais and Olive Branch Yoga for special Yoga in the Park on Tuesday, June 27 at 5:30pm!

In today's busy world, the opportunity to quiet down and give space for an introspective experience is a gift. Yin guides us to release our deepest layers: the connective tissues; fascia, ligaments, joints, cartilage, and bones. All tissues need exercise/stress to regain and maintain health. Not to pass our edge but rather be still to witness new space, and recognize where the tension lies; physically and or emotionally.

What do I need to do/bring?
*All levels welcome (Must be able to get up and down easily. Avoid trying something new if you have an injury. Please talk to your doctor if you have had a change in health.)
*Complete required online waiver prior to arriving

*Ages 12 and up. Parent must complete waiver for those under 18 and accompany children under 16.
*Please bring mat, towel and water
*Arrive 10-15 minutes early so that class begins on time mindful of others.
