The Bourbonnais Police Department provides 24/7 protection. The Records Division is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. while the Administration Offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Both the Records and Administration Departments are closed on Village-recognized holidays.

If you were involved in an accident, you may visit the Records Division with a photo I.D. during business hours at 700 Main St. NW, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. to receive a copy of the report.

If you were the complainant or victim of the incident, you may visit the Records Division with a photo I.D. during business hours at 700 Main St. NW, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. to receive a copy of the report.

What are administrative or ordinance tickets?

Administrative tickets may be issued for violations of Village of Bourbonnais Ordinances as an alternative to the issuance of a traffic ticket for certain offenses or for effecting an arrest for minor criminal violations. The ticket can be paid at Village Hall before a specific date or you will be required to appear in Municipal Court for an official hearing.

How do I pay a parking ticket, administrative ticket or vehicle administrative impound fee?

To pay any of the above, visit our Village Administration Office located at 600 Main St. NW during business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The tickets/administrative fees can be paid by cash or credit card. Please remember that all tickets and administrative fees are time sensitive.

I have unused prescription medication; where can I safely dispose of it?

The Bourbonnais Police Department is a collection point for unused prescription medication. A secure drop box is located in the lobby of the Bourbonnais Police Station during business hours at 700 Main St. NW. Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: Only pills and capsules are collected. We do not accept liquids or syringes.
