• Name, Address, Phone Number, Date of Occurrence and a Description of the Damage (and photo if available)

During regular business hours, a representative of the Public Works Department will be sent to review reported damage. If it is found that a plow was the cause of the damage, your mailbox will be added to a repair list. If the mailbox is found to be unusable, the Public Works Department will place a temporary mailbox until the weather allows for a repair.
