New wayfinding signage program initiated

Bourbonnais, IL - The Village of Bourbonnais landscape will see some major improvements over the next three years. The first phase of the new wayfinding signage program is underway in the village. The LED sign at the Administration Building includes village-specific announcements, events, reminders and more for residents. We thank community partners, Bourbonnais Friendship Festival and HomeStar Bank, for their financial contributions to this project.

Additional types of signage in the new program will include entry signs, monument signs and wayfinding directional signs - each serving a unique purpose and strategically placed throughout the village. The program is set to further enhance the look of our signage, unify and brand the design and boost the overall appearance of the village.

The 'Triangle' intersection of Main Street Northwest and Convent Street is scheduled next to receive a new monument sign followed by a more modern look at the intersection of Route 45 and Bourbonnais Parkway. We look forward to continuing the beautification of the Village of Bourbonnais!
