The Village Board is comprised of the Mayor, Village Clerk, and six Trustees, elected at-large to individual, four-year overlapping terms. The Village Board meets on the first and third Monday of each month, and other times as necessary. Meeting times and dates are posted in the Administration Building, and all meetings are held in compliance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
Mayor Paul Schore
Mayor Paul Schore, elected April 2008, had been a member of the Board of Trustees since 1997, and has been active in the Bourbonnais Community for more than 20 years. Mayor Schore is married to his wife Mary, and they have three children and three grandchildren (two are twins).
Mayor Schore is employed at CSL Behring in Bradley, Illinois. He is active in Boy Scouts and is an avid sports and racing fan.
Village Clerk Brian Simeur
Brian has served as Village Clerk since 1995 and has been active in the Bourbonnais community for many years. Village Clerk Simeur is married to Denise and they have one son, Chad and daughter in law, Abby.
He is employed as the Senior Manager of Pay Services for CSL Behring in Bradley, Illinois. He is an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan.
Trustee Bruce Greenlee
Trustee Bruce Greenlee has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2001, and has been active in the Bourbonnais Community for more than 40 years. Trustee Greenlee is married to his wife Pamela, and they have four children.
Trustee Greenlee is the owner of Greenlee Supply Company, Inc. He is a graduate of Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School and Olivet Nazarene University. He enjoys golf and is a member of the Kankakee County Regional Chamber of Commerce; a board member of Grace Bible Church; and of the Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School Foundation Board.

Trustee Rick Fischer
Trustee Fischer was appointed to the Board of Trustees on June 2, 2008. He has been successfully re-elected and is currently serving his second term of office. Born in Quincy, Illinois, Trustee Fischer moved to Bourbonnais in 1981. He is married to his wife Mary, and has two children.
Trustee Fischer has been active in the Bourbonnais Community for 34 years. He has served on the Board of Directors of the former Bradley-Bourbonnais Regional
Chamber of Commerce for 15 years and as Chairman of the Board for 2 years.
Currently Trustee Fischer is serving on the Board of Directors of the newly formed Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce as a Representative for the Village of Bourbonnais.
Trustee Fischer is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative, and is affiliated with Interactive Financial Advisors (IFA) out of Oak Brook, IL since 2005.
July 2015, Trustee Fischer retired from the Boudreau & Fischer Insurance Agency Inc., of which he was a co-founder and President. He has been with the Agency since its inception in 1984.
Trustee Fischer has coached and served on the Dynamo Soccer Board of Directors for several years. He also served for years as a manager / coach for the Bourbonnais Little League.
Trustee Fischer graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
Trustee Fischer’s favorite pastime is playing golf.

Trustee Randy King
Trustee Randy King is serving his first four (4) year term representing the residents of the Village of Bourbonnais. After receiving his Music Education degree from Millikin University in Decatur, he was the Band Director at Dwight Township High School and Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School. He is currently the President of King Music Inc in Bradley and his community service has included two (2) terms as a Board Member for Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School, a past member of the BBCHS Academic Foundation and Speakers Bureau, past President of the Community Arts Council of Kankakee County, and has served on the Kankakee Valley Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors. He is a co-founder of the New Horizon’s Band of Kankakee County and is a professional musician. For the past ten (10) years, he has been involved with fast pitch youth softball as a board member and coach for the Bradley-Bourbonnais Youth Softball League, served two (2) years as head coach for Maternity BVM Catholic School, and is currently an assistant coach at Bishop McNamara Catholic High School. Cheryl, his wife, is the Choral Director at Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School and they have two daughters, Lauren and Lindsay.

Trustee Jeff Keast
Trustee Jeff Keast has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2015. Trustee Keast owns Keast Electric where he is a union electrical contractor. He is a member of the National Electrical Contractors Association and a lifelong resident of Kankakee County. He and his wife, Jenny, have three children and one grandchild.

Trustee Jack Littrell, Jr.
Trustee Jack Littrell, Jr. has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2015. Trustee Littrell, Jr. works at Farmers Insurance as a licensed Financial Registered Representative. He has been active in the community as a former mail carrier for over sixteen years and coached over twenty-seven years in the area. He, his wife, Jill, and two sons, Matthew and Brandon have resided in Bourbonnais since 1995.

Trustee Angie Serafini, MOL, MBA
Angela Serafini, will bring forth a wealth of management and leadership understanding to the Village Board. She will make herself available to the citizens of Bourbonnais. Angela is employed as Executive Director of Admissions with Olivet Nazarene University’s School of Graduate and Continuing Studies. Angela also has been teaching as an adjunct professor in Olivet’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program and Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) program for over eight years. Angela also serves our local community college, KCC, teaching business courses.
Angela has devoted her time and leadership to higher education since 2006, holding positions across several sectors of the University. Her previous roles include Regional Director of Partnerships and Senior Director of Academic Services. Her experience includes an extensive background overseeing various departments and teams.
Angela graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University. She continued her education earning two Master Degrees. Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership in 2007 and, Master’s in Business Administration in 2010.
Raised and continues to reside in Bourbonnais, Angela (often referred to as Angie), enjoys spending her free time with her 13 year-old son, Owen, family and friends.
