A sweet fusion flow with a slower gear to take in your outdoor surroundings and sounds. Anna Krause will guide you to pay attention more to your breath as you experience a slow beginning, a little flow and times of balance. A grounding experience - literally!- from head to toes.
Take a deep breath out in the great wide open and start your Saturday morning with outdoor yoga!
