Updated in 2006, the Bourbonnais Comprehensive Land Use Plan establishes a dynamic vision for the future of Bourbonnais. Taking into consideration current growth trends, transportation improvements, and natural features within the Bourbonnais area, the 2006 Comprehensive Land Use Plan suggests a pattern of single-family residential, commercial and industrial land uses to compliment existing development patterns.
